I love the element of surprise in waiting to see what the roaster picked out. I received the caddis blend dark roast and it has been phenomenal. I never buy dark roast for myself because all of the dark roasts I’ve tried are usually burnt but this roast is so smooth and flavorful. My brew method of choice is a chemex pour over. Can’t recommend enough!!
This is your best coffee, and one of the best brands I’ve ever tasted.
