The Elk Hair Caddis is an extremely popular and versatile fly. Like its namesake, our Caddis Blend is a crowd pleaser, and will work well with any brewing method. Medium roasted using beans from Central America and Indonesia, with a perfect balance of body, aroma and acidity.
