Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return non-food items form the date you received it. Original packaging is appreciated.
Returning an opened bag of coffee leads to all sorts of uncomfortable questions on both sides, so for coffee we offer a few options:
1. We'll send you a different coffee on us. Just email email@example.com and we'll be happy to work with you on choosing your next bag.
2. You can get a full refund, no questions asked. Again, just email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refund payments are notoriously slow, so our first recommendation is always to check your bank or credit card in a few days. If it's past the 5-10 business days that refunds are normally processed in, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 387, Langley, WA, 98260, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
