October Caddis Pumpkin Spice Coffee (Limited Release)

There's a reason we didn't just call it pumpkin spice. Every fall, one of the season's last great hatches comes off the water: the October caddis, a big, pumpkin-orange bug that pulls trout to the surface right as the leaves turn and the mornings bite. If you've fished it, you know the feeling. Cold hands, warm thermos, one more drift before the light goes.

That's the coffee we built. Warm pumpkin and brown sugar up front, cinnamon and nutmeg through the middle, a clean finish with just enough clove and spice to earn its name. Smooth, medium-bodied, and made to drink black at first light or with cream at the tailgate.

Small-batch and fresh roasted to order, same as everything we make. This one only runs while the hatch is on, so when it's gone, it's gone until next fall.
