The Elk Hair Caddis is an extremely popular and versatile fly. Like its namesake, our Caddis Blend is a crowd pleaser, and will work well with any brewing method. Medium roasted using beans from Central America and Indonesia, with a perfect balance of body, aroma and acidity.

This Coffee is AMAZING

I am the fussiest coffee drinker I know. I’m not easily impressed by this brand or that flavor. To me Starbucks is not coffee, it’s more of a fad that people are stuck on. This coffee however, transcends any fad. The flavor profiles are incredibly delicious. . The freshness with which each delivery arrives with is nothing short of amazing. I can’t recommend these coffees enough to family and friends. If you’re a coffee snob like me, this will be the brand for you.

Hands down delicious!

Been wanting to try the Caddis blend and it did not disappoint! So smooth and the flavor is second to none! Definitely one I’d recommend keeping in the coffee cupboard.
